Healthy Ice Cream

Regan's Favorite Healthy Ice Cream
Put two bananas in the freezer until they are very hard (several hours).
Dice them up and put them & frozen raspberries or cherries in a food processor.
Add a bit of coconut/almond milk to soften up.
Blending until smooth.
Add dark chocolate chips (I like the gluten/milk free ones).
You can experiment with different flavors like cocoa powder, peanut butter, mint extract, (healthy) protein powder etc.
It's better than ice cream!
P.s. Turns out you have to eat within a couple hours. Every time I made too much and put in the freezer and the consistency got nasty.
