    • Station 2: 5 Jump Squats + Russian Squat Stretch for remainder of minute
    • Station 3: 3 Dive Bomber Push-ups + Up/Downward Dog
Strength:
  • E2MOM – 10 min
    • 3 Push Press + 3 Push Jerk
      • Working range: 70-80% of 1RM Push Press
WOD:
  • 5 RFT:
    • 7 DB Hang Squat Cleans (35/20)
    • 7 DB Front Squats (35/20)
    • 7 DB Push Press (35/20)
