UPDATED CLASS SCHEDULE

Based on an overwhelming vote by our members, beginning next week on Monday 9/10, the existing 9:30am All Out class will start at 9:00am. 
Therefore, our new morning class schedule is as follows: 5am, 6am, and 9am classes. 
In addition, we have made our workout programming so that our members can do either a Crossfit or an All Out type workout in the same class.
