6 Week Lean and Mean by Halloween Challenge

WHAT IS IT?

A 6 week fun challenge for existing members and new members who want to be able to eat some candy (or perhaps other sinful “cheat” food or drink) during the Halloween season but also would like to lean out and step their workouts up at the same time.

Participants will receive 18 additional workouts they can do outside of classes (new members will workout 3 times per week in All Out classes).

Participants will receive a custom 6 week meal plan that includes CANDY!  YES, YOU HEARD IT RIGHT! CANDY!

Participants will be eligible to participate in the “Night of the Living Dead Lift” FUN competition at the box on Friday, November 9th starting at 7PM. Participants will work towards establishing a 2RM Dead Lift as part of this event.  Costumes are encouraged.  (PLEASE NOTE: ALL MEMBERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT BUT ONLY 6 WEEK CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION)

Everyone at the “Night of the Living Dead Lift” will vote on the participant who 1.) completed the most workouts during the challenge; 2.) Made the biggest transformation in body composition during the challenge; 3.) had the best 2RM dead lift as a percentage of body weight and 4.) Had the best costume at the “Night of the Living Dead Lift” event. The winner will receive a month FREE membership with 2nd place receiving a $25 coupon for STFC “swag”.

WHEN IS IT?

Kickoff meeting is Sunday, September 30th 8AM – 10AM. (Note, if unable to attend the kickoff meeting we can arrange to meet with you individually at your convenience).

The challenge ends at the “Night of the Living Dead Lift” FUN competition at the box on Friday, November 9th starting at 7PM.

HOW MUCH IS IT?  $99 membership add on for existing members. (NEW MEMBERS WELCOME TOO! YOU JUST NEED A SIX WEEK MEMBERSHIP FIRST)
