What to Eat Before You Workout

If you are experiencing nausea, extreme fatigue or dizziness during your workouts you may not be eating enough or eating the wrong things prior to your workout!

We cannot stress enough how important it is to eat a proper pre workout meal at least 1.5 or 1 hour prior to your workout if it is going to be longer than a 20 minute or high intensity workout.
