How do we nurture MIND, BODY and SOUL?

A reporter asked me today how our health and fitness program nurtures the mind, body and soul and this is what I said.  

As far as I am aware our health and fitness program is the ONLY thing in the Chelsea area that nurtures the mind, body and soul in one program and location.  The way we nurture the mind is that our program requires concentration and grit. While ANYONE is capable of doing our program it is more challenging than others and we have regular, every day, out of shape people do amazing things every day that they initially assume they cannot do. This helps them break through those mental barriers and their mind’s natural survival/negative self talk nature, showing them that they CAN do HARD and DIFFICULT things with the right COACHING and SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY that WE provide.  By also having a supportive community of like minded, hardworking people who engage in the shared “suffering” together this in turn nurtures our client’s SOULS by providing that connection that in today’s high tech / social media society we are severely lacking!  In addition, we play great music during our workouts!
